Everyone agreed this was the best card I made this weekend. The funny thing is, it was also the last one I made. I really like the pattern on the paper. I suppose it could be a valentine...hmmmm...

I thought the colors of this card were beautiful. I think this would be great for a baptism.
Berry Yummy
I spent the weekend at a scrapbooking event. I have never been to one of those before and I'm not a scrapbooker. But I brought my stamps and made cards. It was nice to have a whole weekend to work on stuff. My goal was to make 100 cards, but I only got to 78. I guess that just shows that I made sure to have fun too!! :) This cupcake card is one of my favorites.

Child Thank You
My son got a cute yellow spring jacket that looks like a firefighter's for Xmas. So for the thank you card, I used stickers to emphasize the gift. It's simple and cute.
Pet Sympathy
I made this card for a couple who lost their 4 year old dog to cancer. I wanted it to be sweet, yet different from a regular sympathy card. So I used a paw print sticker. I'm not super crazy about it. I think it could have turned out better, but it works.

Happy New Year!
I didn't make any New Year cards, but who knows what the next year will bring! This week was a slow card making week. Actually, I don't think I made one. I did however paint the trim in my son's room a nice clean white. So, sorry there aren't any new emarie cards to few but I promise I'll get back at it this weekend and/or early next week! I just put an order in for some really neat designer paper. I can't wait to get it and see what comes of it! Check back again soon!
