I made a variety of gift tags this year. Which one is your favorite?

I didn't make Christmas cards this year...with the new baby and all...but I did make gift tags. Enjoy!

Halloween Card
Believe it or not this Halloween is right around the corner. It's not my most favorite holiday...well to be honest, I really don't like it. It's just too spooky for me. But I digress, I still like to make cute cards and send them out to people! Here's one I've made this year. I plan on making more. So keep watch!
Happy Anniversary!
My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary on Sept. 27th. We spent it up north at a townie bar watching the Packers lose to the Bears. It was very romantic! :) This is the card I made for him.

Baby Announcement

Here it is! Finally! I think it turned out great! I am happy with them. Of course, I think the picture of her is the best part! :)

Father's Day Card 2010
I can't believe it is almost Father's Day. Time is going by too fast. June is half over. Nevertheless, I got around to making cards for the fathers in my life. It's got the patchwork look in manly colors and paper! Enjoy Dads!!!

Zebra Baby Shower Card
This card was a custom order. The customer wanted a pink card with a zebra and umbrellas on it for a friend's baby shower. I think it turned out pretty adorable!

Another Mother's Day Card
This is a simple Mother's day card. I had an order for something basic. Here's what I came up with. I think less is more. I just really like how this all came together!
Child Safari Birthday Card
I got an order for a child's safari card. It's for a one year old, so the animals needed to look babyish. What do you think? I thought this card turned out pretty cute!

Peace Unto You Card
A subtle card that says a lot. Great for many occasions. I enjoy making this type of card with the watercolor look of the flower. It's fun to paint and experiment with.
Retirement Card
Believe it or not, my mom retires next week! Wow! I'm still in shock about it. She has been working so hard for so long. I can't wait till she can come and babysit for me all the time! :) LOL :) I made this card with her in mind. She loves flowers. Her garden will look great this summer with all the extra time she has to spend on it. YAY Mom!
Stampin' Up Friends Card
I went to a Stampin' Up workshop last night and made four different types of cards. I love these workshops because it gives me ideas and helps me to learn how to use new tools. Sometimes when I see a tool or a piece of hardware, I never quite know how to use it. That's where my awesome demonstrator comes in and shows me the ropes!!!
Stampin' Up Designed Card
The colors on this card are way better than this pic shows. It's very lovely!
Stampin' Up Designed Card ver. 2
One of my favorite cards out of the current Stampin' Up catalog. I love the design. The color palette is gorgeous too!
Stampin' Up Mother's Day Card
This is another card I made at the Stampin' Up workshop. I think it is really neat for a Mother's Day card. Perhaps I should leave it laying around the house this next week and maybe someone will pick it up and give it to me on Mom's Day! HAHA!
Stampin' Up Happiness Card
Quilt type card. Very cute, but tedious to make. I think I may try to do this one with other paper and colors on my own. I love the idea of it!

Mother's Day is May 9th!
I made a couple of variations of this card. I actually like them all! Very mothery and very springy! :) Happy Mother's Day to all you moms!

Mother's Day Card
This is a card I made a few years ago for Mother's Day. I still love it! I haven't designed my Mother's Day cards for this year yet. But I hope to get to it soon. I know I've been MIA in card making lately...but I promise I will be makin' some soon! :)

Baby Boy Ducky Card
Come on, who wouldn't want to get this card when they have a baby? Cutest EVER!!!
Birthday Wishes Card
I've made this one before too. A little different (see original here) and I must say this one is no where near. I actually don't like this one at all. But I've learned that everyone has their own sense of taste and perhaps this is a favorite for someone. To each their own!! I'm not complaining. As long as someone likes it! :)
Pop Up Flowers Card
What I love about this one is how the flowers pop up and catch your eye. It makes a cute card and a little more cute! Is that even possible? Can you get cuter than cute???!!! Adorable I guess. But then it's not cute; it's adorable!
Friendly Card
Again, another style I've done before. As you can tell, I tried to create an oldy but goody with just a little twist in colors. This may be better than the first one like this I made. Click here to see original.
Best Wishes Flower Card
A simple, but very pretty card. I like the color palette and the paper and just everything about it. I could see making more like this one.
Simple Flower Card
This card is one in a million-literally. I used some scraps for someone else's scrap bag to make it. I just love how it turned out. But, I won't be able to recreate it exactly. Bummer!!! Someone out there is lucky enough to receive this original, but who is worthy??!! :)
Congrats Card
This is another style of card I've made before, but in all honesty, this one is not up to par. I'm not sure what it is but something isn't right. This is a great style, but the paper I used this time is either too busy or not the right color combination. What do you think it is? (Original one)
Friends Card
Sometimes I could just throw my camera out the window. I know the photo is horrible, but the card isn't. It's quite cute. I used felt flowers to create the flower and ribbon for the pedals.
Flower Pedal Card
The flower in this card was created by dry embossing. I used the Cuddlebug I got for Xmas. It's a great way to add just a little to the card!
Bright Flowers Card
This was the last card I made this weekend and it turns out to be my favorite. I just love the flowers that pop out at you in the middle! It gives the card some dimension and a little added flare!
Elegant Card
I've made this style before and liked it. I went with simplicity and elegance this time. I think it turned out quite nicely. It's great for any occasion.
Manly Guy Boat Birthday Card
Guy cards are the hardest to make. You want them to be "cute" but not too girly to give to them. I know most men wouldn't care for this card, but the women who are buying it for them would like it!!! And to me, that's all that matters! :)
Robot Birthday Card
I had a great weekend making cards. I didn't get tons made, but the ones I did make took some time to create. I started with this cute kids birthday card. Can't you just hear the robot voice saying HELLO!!!!

Weekend Retreat
I haven't made many cards lately, but that is all going to change soon. Next weekend I am going to a scrapbooking retreat. I don't scrapbook...so I'm a little out of place with all these other women...but I do make cards and that is what I plan on doing. My girlfriends and I spend an entire weekend without kids and husbands and we work, work, work. :) We mostly chit chat, but you know how that goes. Anyway, I am excited to get back into the swing of things! I have some new toys to try out and new stamps. I can't wait to see what is created. I now just have to spend the next couple of days sorting through everything and decide what goes with and what stays home. This is actually the hardest part of it all!!! Wish me luck!
